How is Alison going to be dealing with the chaos that she and Noah started on The Affair?

Will Noah Find Helen 'More Threatening' On 'The Affair?'

On Tuesday, a clip with Ruth Wilson (Alison) was released where she explains how things will pick up in the second season of the Showtime drama. Her character seems pretty confident that things can work out for herself and Noah.

"The start of the season is Noah and Alison together," Wilson said. "She's investing in this relationship and putting full faith that this is what she wants."

Is Noah & Alison's Relationship 'Just Beginning' On 'The Affair?'

With Alison's point of view happening, she feels "alienated from her own perspective." And she has a constant habit of relying on someone else to be there for her.

"She always perceives herself as a victim," Wilson said. "And she's always been looking for someone to save her- whether it's Cole, now it's Noah. But there's a lot of conflict."

The video below shows a number of crazy situations that have been happening, including how Cole and Helen deal with the affair. Wilson pointed out how the indiscretion led into conflicts with the people surrounding them, making things so much worse.

Alison says that she doesn't see herself as "a real person," but Cole steps in and tries to be there for her. With the drama that's about to go down though, odds are likely it won't stay this way for long.
