Just after Lil Scrappy announced his split with his longtime girlfriend Bambi via Instagram, new reports have revealed that the court ruled in Dixon’s favor when it comes to Lil Scrappy paying child support— which rings in at $45,000.

Bossip obtained the actual court papers and published a portion of it on its site Thursday.

Lil Scrappy Reveals His & Bambi’s Split

According to the paper Lil Scrappy will have to pay $5,000 at a time until he is caught up in 2017. On top of that, he also has to pay $800 a month for current child support starting the first of next month (Thursday).

The two were able to come to the terms after three hours of a mediation meeting back on Sept. 10 at DeKalb County, Ga. Superior Court.

As far as the child goes, Dixon has custody of Emani Monday through Friday and gets to decide what type of health care she receives and what school she attends. Lil Scrappy will still be involved in her life and have weekend custody plus any religious activities and things that take place after school. The two have to work this out with a restraining order against Lil Scrappy still in place. He is not allowed to make any contact with Dixon until next summer.

While Dixon has won, this isn’t what she originally wanted. She wanted a judge to grant her complete custody of Emani and hoped that Lil Scrappy’s visits with her would be supervised.
