She was initially ecstatic to learn she was already pregnant, but after remembering her one-night rendezvous with Thomas (Pierson Fode), Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) will grow panicked that Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) could potentially not be the father of her baby on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Now, she will beg the doctor to let her know how far along she is so she can better determine whether her husband or his son is about to become a father.

"I can't leave here without knowing who the father is," she says in a preview clip for the Friday, September 25 episode.

However, what Caroline doesn't know is that there is not way Ridge could have fathered the baby, because not only does he have fertility issues, but he also had a vasectomy while he was in Paris-meaning there is absolutely zero chance he fathered the baby-something he has been struggling to tell Caroline, eve with Brooke's (Katherine Kelly Lang) constantly reminding him he needs to be honest with his young wife.

"The longer you keep this from Caroline, the harder it's going to be for both of you. And you know I'm right," Brooke says to him in the clip.

And meanwhile, Thomas, who is also still in the dark when it comes to his father's fertility issues, will continue insisting to Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) that they need to be supportive of the marriage because Ridge would do whatever it took to make Caroline happy and give her the baby she wants so badly.

"Nothing is going to stop him from giving his wife the child of her dreams," he says.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
