Emily Blunt might be one of the most popular actresses in Hollywood although she manages to keep her life behind the screen to herself.

On Saturday, Zap 2 It shared an interview with the actress who has a one-and-a-half year-old daughter named Hazel with her husband, John Krasinski. Blunt dished on how she likes to put herself out there as an actress who is taken seriously without having to throw her personal details into the mix.

"It's quite seductive, this job, because it starts to make you feel that this is normal," she said. "When I take a step back and assess whether I think it is normal or not, that's when I get a bit overwhelmed. I do feel that with what I do for a living, it's important not to reveal so much about my everyday life and inner thinking because my job is to get people to believe I'm somebody else and I take that quite seriously."

Blunt's current role as FBI agent Kate Macer in Sicario gave the actress the opportunity to speak with real-life female FBI agents and how their lives were no different than the next person.

"These women, I asked them everything, if their job affects their sleep, their relationships, what do their parents feel? What frightens them? What's it like working with all the guys?" Blunt said. "One girl I really zeroed in on, she was quite shy...I'd ask her things like, 'What do you do to decompress after a hard day?' She said, 'I cme home and watch Downton Abbey. The women are so normal."
