Reality star Farrah Abraham brought in the New Year showing off her surgically enhanced body at a holiday vacation to Disney World in Orlando, Florida.

Mail Online has posted photos of the "Teen Mom" star lounging poolside with her three-year-old daughter Sophia.

In the photos, the 21-year-old wore a bright pink push-up bra style bikini top with animal print bottoms.

The photos are the first to offer a preview of the reality star's surgically enhanced chest, which she admitted she paid $5,000 for. Abraham went from a smaller size A bra cup to a full C in 2010.

The mom-peneur went under the knife again in October of 2012 when she had both her chin and nose altered. Abraham admitted that the two surgeries - a rhinoplasty and a chin implant, cost her $16,000. She shared the details and the makeover in the Oct/Nov issue of InTouch Weekly. The brunette told the magazine why she had the work done to her face.

"I've hated my nose since I was 13," the single mom told InTouch. She also said that although the surgeries were expensive, she feels "gorgeous" and explained why it was worth it.

"I hate that my surgeries cost this much, but it was worth it. I don't have to hate anything on my face ever again," she added.

Farrah starred in the original MTV reality show "16 & Pregnant" in 2009, followed by it's spin-off "Teen Mom."

The father of her daughter, Derek Underwood, was tragically killed in a car crash just two months before the little girl was born.

Abraham is considered to be a positive role model to other teen mothers. She has released a single "On My Own and Finally Getting Up From Rock Bottom" - as well as a memoir, "My Teenage Dream Ended," which reached the New York Times bestseller list.

She recently released a second book, a children's e-book, "Passy Perfume", last month.

Abraham recently moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in modeling.
