On Monday, the Teen Mom 2 star and mother of two re-tweeted a message, which linked to an article about her injury.

According to Radar Online's report, Evans "had to get stitches on her chin" after taking a fall at her North Carolina home.

“Jenelle was going out to dinner with her boyfriend David and friend Tori, and when she got home, everything was flooded on her street and she slipped and fell on the driveway getting out of the car,” the source revealed. “She busted her knee open. The whole reason Jenelle fell and slipped was because of the bad weather and her entire street was flooded.”

After returning home from the hospital this morning, Evans shared a photo of the flooding in her area on Instagram, along with the caption, "My street yesterday late afternoon, schools are Def closed today! #hurricanejoaquin."

Evans has yet to release her own statement regarding the incident.

The two-part Teen Mom 2 season six reunion continues on Wednesday night, Oct. 7, at 9 p.m. on MTV.
