It was not mentioned if Quinto's boyfriend, Miles McMillan, will be attending.

Some co-chairs at the GLSEN event will include popular stars who've won Respect Awards in the past. This includes Matt Bomer and his husband Simon Halls, Jim Parsons, Bob Greenblatt and more. Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel will receive the Inspiration Award for their constant support of the LGBT community.

In an interview with America's InStyle magazine, Quinto opened up on how even though the Supreme Court has ruled in favor of same-sex marriage in all 50 states of America, there is still a long way to go before full acceptance takes place.

"The battle for acceptance, against bigoted hatred, is not over yet," the actor said via Inside Halton. "I do think the gay-rights movement is evolving into transgender-equality movement."
