More is coming out about Nick Gordon’s alleged involvement in the fateful morning Bobbi Kristina Brown was found unconscious in her bathtub that ultimately resulted in her death.

Real Reason Bobbi Kristina Brown’s Autopsy Results Are Closed

While her estate has sued him for $10 million in a wrongful death lawsuit that claimed that he gave her a “toxic cocktail,” new documents have been released. Gordon is now being accused of “injecting” Bobbi Kristina with the liquid according to WSB-TV in Atlanta Friday.

The update to the legal matter is a response to Gordon’s request for a judge to postpone or toss out the civil lawsuit because he believes it could incriminate him in the police’s and Fulton County District Attorney’s investigation into how Bobbi Kristina died.

The new document even references Gordon’s high profile sit-down with therapist and television talk show host Dr. Phil McGraw. It said he “has no problem giving an interview to Dr. Phil but asks this court to relieve him of his legal responsibility.”

It also outlines the estate’s account of what led to Bobbi Kristina being unresponsive in the bathtub on Jan. 31.

It said it began with “a violent altercation with Defendant after which he placed her in the bathtub unconscious, after he injected her with a toxic mixture.”

It adds that the, “particularly violent altercation with the Defendant left her battered and bruised, with a tooth knocked out.”

The lawsuit also points out Gordon attempted to hide his involvement and connection when he changed his clothes. Allegations that Gordon was paid $40,000 for snapshots of him at Bobbi Kristina’s gravesite are also mentioned.

The new documents, which were filed Thursday, also come after the district attorney refused to make Bobbi Kristina’s autopsy report public because it could put one of the witnesses in danger.

Bobbi Kristina died on July 26 at 22 years old.
