Photographers caught First Lady Michelle Obama wearing and then re-wearing a Target brand dress during her recent vacation in Hawaii.

She wore the pink and black arrow Merona dress, designed exclusively for Target, twice during her December trip. The first time was with a high belt around her waist on Dec. 22, deplaning Air Force One in Honolulu. The second time around, on Jan. 5, Obama added a short sleeve sweater to cover her shoulders as she boarded a plane to return back to Washington, D.C. She added to the look pearl-stud earrings and open-toe sandals.

Shine Yahoo! noted that the Merona dress has made appearances before. Obama wore the same dress aboard Air Force One on Aug. 15, 2009, on a trip to Arizona, accessorizing it with a studded belt by Japanese designer Sacai. Obama wore the ensemble, and belt, again on July 21, 2011, to the national "Joining Forces" initiative in Virginia Beach, where she spoke at the on-base theater at a screening of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows: Part 2."

Obama's Merona dress is part of the Target brand's current dress collection, available at the retailer with pricing from $17 to $39.99.

This is not the first time Obama has been spotted wearing a dress more than once. A Michael Kors shift dress she wore at a 2009 holiday party resurfaced in November 2010, when she attended a Medal of Honor presentation ceremony. She again wore the dress on election night in November 2012.

Many have applauded Obama for reusing her outfits and sticking to affordable fashions. Ratevin.com said "We love the first lady because she recycles her great outfits like any regular woman would, and because she often wears clothing regular women can afford from retailers like the Gap and H&M. "
