The fifth episode of the current season of NCIS is coming up next Tuesday, which will have a major focus on Abby (Pauley Perrette).

Back in August TVLine reported some details about this upcoming episode straight from showrummer Gary Glasberg who noted it's "an Abby/Die Hard story."

The episode is called "Lockdown" and according to its press release, Abby will visit a pharmaceutical lab for a murder case, but while there she will become trapped since the building will be taken over by armed men that will hold those inside hostage.

To make matters worse, Abby will have zero communication with Gibbs (Mark Harmon) and the other NCIS agents she works with, but she will channel them to save the day.

The NCIS YouTube channel has uploaded a preview video of what Abby will be up to in this episode and let's just say she kicks butt.

"I have decided to take a field trip," Abby tells Jimmy (Brian Dietzen) and Dr. Donald "Ducky" Mallard (David McCallum) back at the NCIS morgue in the video that's below and then clips of her at the pharmaceutical lab are shown as the building goes into lockdown mode.

"I'm at the drug company and the janitors are robbing the place," Abby is seen saying to what looks like a computer screen so perhaps she'll find a way to contact Gibbs and the others.

Abby will take matters into her own hands, claiming, "We only have one option," to the doctor she's stuck in the pharmaceutical lab with.

"We go on the offensive," she declares as clips are shown of her putting up a fight against the armed janitors.

NCIS airs on Tuesdays on CBS at 8 p.m. ET.
