The ladies of Fifth Harmony will be hitting the road overseas for some international gigs in support of their debut album Reflection later this month and into November!

Like any act prior to touring, the girls have been busy getting their sweat on with rehearsals and some working out at the gym.

Camila Cabello dished on Saturday night that she along with Normani Kordei Hamilton, Dinah Jane Hansen, Lauren Jauregui and Ally Brooke Hernandez were "rehearsing for the European [R]eflection [T]our!!!!!"

The girl group cannot wait to head over and see their adoring Harmonizers in Madrid, Amsterdam, London, Manchester, Frankfurt and Paris. The girls will be hitting up five countries total and they have seen plenty of the United Kingdom before while doing promo, but this is the first time they will be seeing other European countries.

The youngest 5H member has shared multiple photos from rehearsals, which aren't all work. They're fun too!

Hansen shared a mirror picture Saturday from inside the group's rehearsal space.


As we mentioned, 5H tour rehearsals are not all work. They goof around too and Hansen shared proof of that by sharing a super short video of herself and Jauregui getting down to a song that isn't their own.

It seems like the 18-year-old might be the most dedicated to working out at the moment since she also shared a photo of herself at the gym on Tuesday. Hansen is quite sporty in the group after all.

They are pumped for their European adventure!
