Beyonce celebrated New Year's in Las Vegas performing for a private concert at the Wynn Hotel as her husband Jay-Z brought it in with pal Chris Martin and his band Coldplay in Brooklyn's Barclays Center.

Their daughter Blue Ivy reportedly stayed with her father in Brooklyn on New Year's Eve and not with her mega-star mom. A source who works at the Barclays Center told Media TakeOut that Blue Ivy was backstage as her father performed onstage with Coldplay.

The source shared that once Jay-Z completed his set he "immediately ran over to Blue and gave her the biggest hug and kiss." The eyewitness described Jay-Z's time with Blue at that moment as "really emotional." Blue Ivy Carter turned 1 less than a week later on Jan. 7.

Enstarz reported on Jan. 7 that Blue Ivy spends her time in a $1 million-a-year nursery in a basement suite at Barclays Center when her parents visit the stadium to watch a Brooklyn Nets game or take the stage there.

GQ magazine has released the official cover for their February 2012 issue featuring the mega-star on the front. The sexy singer dons a cropped athletic jersey that shows the underside of her breasts with a red leopard print bikini bottom and a thin, gold body chain for the issue that lists "The 100 Sexiest Women of the 21st Century Starting with Beyonce." Many reports questioned whether the image of her body was photoshoppe.

The Improper reported that she was digitally enhanced in a story titled "Was Beyoncé Photoshopped For GQ's Sexiest 21sth Century Women Cover."

"Beyoncé has landed on the cover of GQ magazine's "100 Sexiest Women of the 21st Century" issue, beating out sex sirens like Megan Fox, Kate Upton and Mila Kunis," wrote The Improper. "The only question is how much was Bey photoshopped to trim her post-baby curves?"

The "Love on Top" singer responded by releasing a recent photo of herself on Jan. 10 wearing a bikini that shows her ripped abs to discredit her critics and naysayers. In the image, she is holding her daughter Blue Ivy hand's on the beach with the ocean behind them.
