Talk about fusion cooking, take one of Mexico's most used ingredients and combine that with Italy's best invention, what do you get? Well, a mouth watering innovative concoction, of course!

Mini tortilla pizza -- have you ever heard something so delicious? Did I mention that it is also very easy to make and all it requires is a round cookie cutter, a muffin tin and an oven.

You can start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees F. Then use the cookie cutter to cut circles of each of the tortilla, place each circle inside the greased up muffin tin, and place a decent amount tomato sauce into each of the tortilla circle. Then top it off with pepperoni slices and shredded mozzarella cheese, then bake it at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
