It's been months since we’ve heard about the drama between USA’s Chrisley Knows Best star Todd Chrisley and his oldest son, Kyle. But now that the hit show is going into its third season, Todd has given an update on how they are doing after a huge public feud.

Todd Chrisley Talks Family's Biggest Controversies

Todd spoke with Radar Online in an interview Friday and revealed that unfortunately, things have not changed between him and Kyle.

“Kyle is no longer a part of the show and will not appear on this upcoming season. What Kyle does is not consistent with [what] the family is doing right now.”

Todd Chrisley On The Real Reason Kyle Is No Longer On The Show

The two have been going back-and-forth after Kyle called out Todd for taking his daughter, Chloe, away from him. He also claimed that the show was fake. Todd has also said that Kyle struggles with bipolar disorder.

He told the publication, “Do you think that I want my child to be diagnosed as being bi-polar? No that is not something I ever wanted or signed up for. What I did sign up for is to protect my grandchild, [Kyle’s daughter Chloe].”

While Kyle also told the site last year that he quit the show and was hoping to get from his father’s guardianship, Todd said that’s “not true.”

“The guardianship is still in place. Kyle has been under my guardianship since 2009. There is a co-guardian that has been added. If the court states that Kyle is no longer in the need of a guardian than God bless him because that means Kyle is cured.”

He added that he hopes that he can cut ties with being Kyle’s guardian as well.

“I want out of this guardianship. But I do not trust Kyle. I just don’t trust him and I don’t think that I ever will.”
