At the end of last week, as divorce rumores continue to swirl regarding her marital troubles with Mike Shay, which will be seen on Vanderpump Rules season four, Scheana Marie took to Instagram, where she showed off a photo of her new body, as well as a detailed food plan from her week.
"Happy Friday everyone! I know a lot of you have been asking about my diet and workouts... Pick up a copy of @lifeandstyleweekly for the full story! #fitnessfriday," she wrote in the caption of the photo.

While filming season four of Vanderpump Rules, Scheana Marie and her husband, Mike Shay, whom she's been married to since last July (their wedding aired in February of this year on Vanderpump Rules season three), ran into marital hardships, which were reportedly due to his excessive drinking.
Although the couple hasn't yet released a statement about the issue, Scheana Marie's Instagram, which is filled with photos of herself and Shay together, appears to confirm they are still very much together, and happy.
