The new season of Real World might be like a travel guide.

Chatter On 'Real World' Season 31 Applications

On Tuesday, Travel Weekly mentioned that new episodes of the reality series are currently filming in Las Vegas and have a good chance of encouraging visitors to seek out new places in this highlighted city. According to Mark Carlson, vice president of operations for Downtown Project, there is plenty to see and the series will embark upon that.

"We're hopeful that the Real World filming will really highlight downtown as a great place to visit and hang out, encourage travelers to explore downtown, expose a new generation of young travelers, who are the target demographic for the show, to downtown Las Vegas," Carlson said. "We're also hoping more people will see the great businesses and developments that are the result of the recent years of revitalization efforts in the area."

Is This Guy Going To Be A Member Of 'Real World' Season 31?

It seems that this show helped make Las Vegas more of the ideal place to go for nightclubs and partying throughout the stay.

"I think it created what Las Vegas is today," Palms Casino Resort founder George Maloof said. "It was a different kind of Las Vegas that people hadn't seen before with the pool parties and the nightclubs."

A lot about the new season remains a mystery, but odds are likely the new cast members will show a whole new side of Vegas.

Real World Season 31 is expected to premiere in January 2016 on MTV.
