Caitlyn Jenner might have distanced herself from her family, but has she been cut out from the lives of her grandchildren as well? That might be the case as a new report says the transgender star has been feuding with her stepdaughter Kourtney Kardashian and is no invited to young Mason and Reign's upcoming birthday party next month.

According to Star Magazine on Friday, Caitlyn is a persona non grata at Kourtney's house, as she doesn't want to explain to her young children why their grandparent, who is formerly known as Bruce Jenner, is now a woman. Apparently, the single mother is shielding her children from Caitlyn and her new identity as a transgender woman because she doesn't want them to be "traumatized" by her.

A source close to the Kardashian family said, "She thinks meeting Caitlyn would be especially confusing for Mason. He's turning 6, so he's old enough to remember Bruce."

What's more, Kourtney thinks that this might be too much for Mason to handle, as he's already in therapy to help deal with Kourtney's recent split from her long-time partner, Scott Disick. The children's father is at an undisclosed rehab facility for his alcohol addiction.

The insider added, "Mason is already dealing with his dad being gone. She had hoped to have a therapist explain Caitlyn's transition to help, but that plan was shelved after her split from Scott."

So far, Kourtney herself has not responded to any of the rumors.
