As the cast of Vanderpump Rules celebrated their season four premiere episode last week, Doute was undergoing facial reconstructive surgery, and in a recent report, details about her devastating fall were revealed.

Doute "fell out of an Uber," a source told E! News at the end of last week. "She's very accident prone. It was just bad luck, she'll be fine."

Although Doute hadn't revealed what led to her fall on Instagram, she did share a number of photos of herself in the hospital.

"Just because you don't remember it doesn't mean it didn't happen!" Doute captioned an Instagram photo of her injuries. "How I spent my #pumprules premiere..."

Following Doute's post, she was met with allegations from fans regarding her fall, which she quickly addressed.

"For those of you who like to jump to negative conclusions, I'll clear up my sarcasm,'" she explained. "I had reconstructive surgery due to multiple orbital socket fractures that happened a few weeks ago. Coincidence was crazy and my surgery was the premiere day."

While Doute was unable to celebrate the premiere with her co-stars, she did get a visit from Stassi Schroeder in the hospital.
