A source told the publication, "they're in a rough patch."

Apparently, Pattinson was the one who thought seeking help would be the best solution to their problems. The insider mentioned that he thinks having a therapist will help better themselves in the relationship before their wedding day.

"Rob realizes he's controlling and he sees Twigs getting cold feet," the source said. "He pushed for them to do this because he thinks it will build trust."

If the couple really is having problems, one of them might be how Pattinson's family feels about his fiancee. According to a previous report from OK!, it seems that the actor's relatives don't have the best feelings for Twigs due to the vibe she gives off as a performer.

"Rob's family are very polite to Twigs' face [but they're] horrified by her raunchy on-stage persona, and her piercings and tattoos," a source said. "They'd prefer to see him with some conservative posh British woman."

It was also mentioned that the wedding might be "off the agenda" for now since Twigs "doesn't want to cause a family rift."

"She feels it's best to just bow out of the situation gracefully," the insider added.
