Dakota Johnson is about to become single, but not in the way you're thinking.

While the actress has reportedly been dating her beau Matthew Hitt for a while now, she's actually becoming single in her next film titled How to Be Single. Entertainment Weekly gave a first look at the movie on Thursday with a photo of Johnson and her co-star Rebel Wilson. Johnson is drinking Pedialyte as Wilson seems to be trying to take it away from her.

Wilson will play a party animal named Robin who helps her friend Alice (Johnson) get out in the dating world after exiting a relationship.

"While my character is fiercely independent, Dakota's character has just come out of a long-term relationship and is showing all the signs of codependency," Wilson said. "Robin takes Alice under her wing, so to speak."

Johnson pointed out something that might make audiences a little more intrigued to see this film.

"It is rare these days to have the main character in a film about being wild and partying and dating be a woman," she said. "So that was an exciting endeavor."

How to Be Single hits theaters on February 12, 2016.

Meanwhile, Johnson is expected to reprise her role as Anastasia Steele in the anticipated sequel Fifty Shades Darker. Her co-star Jamie Dornan, who played Christian Grey in the first film 50 Shades of Grey, is also expected to appear.
