In a video uploaded in YouTube, the actor claims he's been meaning to change his name and couldn't be happier that he's finally done it. He's even got papers to prove it - a framed one at that!

The 63-year-old also tweeted: "Big news today and a massive relief for me. I hope everyone can understand... it feels great!"

Rumors about an upcoming Baywatch film are currently circulating. When asked if he would be starring in it, David said: "I don't really know [if I'm in it]. I don't really know if I want to be in it." He also cited Zac Efron as his deal actor to play the part.
