Corey Simms and Leah Messer aren't heading to court over their daughters' allegedly drained trust fund accounts -- at least not yet.

How Is 'Teen Mom 2' Corey Simms' Premature Daughter Doing? His Dad Offers An Update

Following a report earlier this week, which claimed the Teen Mom 2 star had taken at least a combined total of $20,000 from her and Simms' daughters' trust fund accounts, a source close to Simms has confirmed that he and his ex-wife aren't headed back to court. That said, the money is reportedly still missing.

“Currently, Corey doesn’t know where that money is,” a source told The Ashley's Reality Roundup on Wednesday. “He has not been able to locate it yet.”

“Corey has not taken any action at all against Leah,” the source contined, and “he has no idea where this story came from and does not have a court date set up to discuss the issue.”

Earlier this week, In Touch Weekly reported news of Simms' alleged suit against Messer, claiming a court date had been set.

“Corey is taking Leah to court. He is furious that she took that money,” the source stated. “That was the girls’ money — not Leah’s. Corey’s going to do whatever he can to make sure it’s put back.”

“He adores those kids,” a source continued. “And you better believe that he’s going to make sure that Leah doesn’t do anything to jeopardize their future.”
