Lego Slippers: Brand Station Makes Footwear To Prevent Pain Of Stepping On Small Plastic Bricks [VIDEO]

Well this is a very specific invention for a very specific problem.

Lego is allowing French advertising agency Brand Station go ahead with the production of anti-Lego slippers, according to CNET. These slippers provide layers of protection for your feet just in case you step on an errant Lego piece or two on the floor.

Apparently only 1,500 pairs of slippers are being produced and can be attained through a special giveaway on the Lego France website.

Brand Station has a photo of the slippers being made by hand on their Facebook page. You can also watch a video below to see the entire slipper-making process.

The anti-Lego slippers are reportedly interchangeable between left and right feet, which is a relief for those who need to get these slippers on right away to go barreling through the house. The extra layer(s) of padding will probably allow you to stomp through an entire Lego set if you're feeling particularly destructive one day. Hey, it's your life.

All kidding aside, these slippers will undoubtedly provide some ease for kids and parents to safely walk through their house.

Depending on if these anti-Lego slippers catch on, the company may commission more of them to be made and sold worldwide, so don't give up hope yet if you can't enter this giveaway!
