'America's Next Top Model' Cycle 22 Contestant Bello Spoke With Us About His Motto & More

The CW Television Network's YouTube channel caught up with the first male winner of the series to find out what advice he could dish to the remaining 4 contestants in Cycle 22 (Nyle, Mamé, Lacey and Mikey) as well as aspiring models in general.

In the video above, Carlos revealed how important it is for all the models that competed on the show to use what they learned while filming.

"Really take what they learned on the show and confidence they gained from being on the show and apply it to their actual careers," he advised, adding, "Really don't change who you were before the show because the new fame is going to put you in the spotlight so you don't want to change how you are internally."

It all boils down to remaining grounded and true to who you are.

"Just stay true to yourself and go for whatever it is you want to do," he added.

Some general advice he gave for aspiring models can be put toward anyone going after their dreams.

"Go and chase their dreams," he shared, adding that it's important to not listen to those who tell you you're not capable of achieving what you want.

Why is that? "Because only those that see the invisible can achieve the impossible," he positively beamed.

America's Next Top Model Cycle 22 airs on Fridays at 9 p.m. ET on The CW.
