While Derek Jeter and Hannah Davis plan their wedding, he is facing a lawsuit involving rapper 50 Cent.

Apparently Jeter had signed on to be a director of an underwear line called Frigo for three years back in 2011, when he was captain for the New York Yankees. He also said he would be a part of major events hosted by the line.

But things quickly went left when he said he didn’t want his involvement with the company to be announced when it released a U.S. line in 2013. Things got even more complicated when he allegedly tried to stop 50 Cent from being involved.

Jeter is accused of saying that 50 Cent was too “urban” to promote the brand. He is now being sued for roughly $5 million in Sweden. The majority owner of the brand, Mathias Ingvarsson, said Jeter made the company lose $30 million. He's being sued for damages.

Interestingly enough, 50 Cent was pretty excited about his new deal and tweeted, “I just did a deal for $78 million for underwear. What did you do today?”

But even 50 Cent revealed he had issues with Jeter via Instagram Wednesday. He had no shame, posting a photo of Jeter back in his baseball days. He added the caption, “Wow, guess I’m not a Yankees fan anymore. LETS GO METS? Man you can’t trust nobody these day. Smh”

Meanwhile, Jeter and his fiancée Hannah Davis are gearing up to say their “I Dos.”
