Justin Timberlake will perform in New Orleans the night before the Super Bowl on Saturday, Feb. 2.

Timberlake, 31, is set to perform at "DIRECTV Super Saturday Night," which will benefit Shriners Children's Hospital. It will be his first concert in almost five years, according to MTV News.

Timberlake will perform his new record-breaking single "Suit & Tie," which features Jay-Z. The song is the first track from his upcoming third studio album "The 20/20 Experience." The former N'Sync band member released a 30-second black-and-white teaser video for "Suit & Tie" on Wednesday and the full video will debut in its entirety on Thursday at 6 a.m. on MTV.

Timberlake made Billboard chart history when he released "Suit & Tie" on Jan. 14.

The song came in at No. 14 on the Billboard Pop Songs chart, which measures mainstream top 40 radio airplay, but has the highest first-week plays total in the chart's 20-year history. It logged 6,045 radio plays across the air in the second week of January alone.

Timberlake took over from the previous record holder Lady Gaga and her single "Born This Way," which opened with 4,602 radio plays in February 2011. Suit & Tie" also reached the highest ever for a male artist on the Billboard chart.

"Suit & Tie" is part of Timberlake's return to music after a near six-year hiatus to focus on his acting career. During the break, he appeared in the Oscar-winning film "The Social Network" as well as romantic comedies such as "Bad Teacher" and "Friends with Benefits."

Timberlake achieved personal milestones as well- he wed "Seventh Heaven" actress Jessica Biel in southern Italy on Oct 19 after dating her off and on for five years.
