The leader of Team Scorpion hasn't seen his parents in 15 years. When Louise and Sean head stateside in "Arrivals and Departures," Mrs. O'Brien will be the only one with tears in her eyes.

Granted, the Irish natives aren't in town for a fun-filled vacation. Their daughter's life is on the line. As Monday's installment plays out, the entire O'Brien clan will have to come to terms with Megan's imminent passing. The death of a child is unimaginably hard for any family, but Walter will be particularly rattled by his sister's future.

"[Walter] has a matrix for every single problem in the world that is mechanical or has to do with computers, but for something like this, he's at sea. We see how he handles a crisis of that magnitude," executive producer Nick Wootton told TV Line.

If Megan's fading vitals doesn't cause enough drama, Team Scorpion will be forced to stow their feelings as they attempt to combat a potential outbreak.
