Caitlyn Jenner is making headlines again pertaining to a previous fatal four-car traffic accident back in February in Malibu, California. According to reports, the I am Cait star was the driver in the said accident, in which one person was killed.

Just recently, five members of the Wolf-Millesi family filed a civil lawsuit against the reality TV star in the Los Angeles Superior Court for negligence on Friday, ET has learned

In addition, the documents obtained by ET, lawsuit claims that the family continues to deal with both "significant personal injuries and emotional distress" brought on by the incident. It also stated there claiming that Jenner was "inattentive, failed to keep a proper lookout and drove at unsafe speed for road conditions."

The lawsuit gives detailed examples of the allegations of physical suffering by the people suing Jenner. On the other hand, on a previous report by ET, one criminal defense attorney David D. Diamond, who has no association with the case said, “If ultimately the facts show that [Jenner's] only wrong doing was following a vehicle too close, that's still against the law, and that could still be charged as both a misdemeanor or a felony depending what [Jenner's] speed was, how long [Jenner] was following that vehicle and what [Jenner's] overall driving pattern was.”

When the 69-year-old Olympian star sat down with Today last September, telling his story she claimed that despite reports that her speed could have been a factor in the crash, she was driving under the speed limit at the time.

I was going 46 in a 50. My airbag didn't even go off," Jenner claimed. "All I needed was probably a half a second, you know, of time. I almost got stopped -- but I couldn't quite get it stopped. I was pulling a trailer so no, I don't think speed was [a factor,] anything like that."
