There's a good chance that Jared Fogle's co-conspirator will spend more time in prison than him.

Fogle has already been sentenced to 15 plus years behind bars on charges of pedophilia and child pornography. But Russell Taylor, runner of the Jared Foundation, is reportedly looking at 15 to almost 23 years in prison, according to Wednesday's report from FOX 59.

It was also mentioned that prosecutors are asking for 35 years in jail.

Considering that Taylor will go before the same judge who sentenced Fogle, odds are likely he won't get a lenient punishment. Fogle was looking at 12.5 years in prison, but he managed to get more time than that.

The public is about to find out what's in store for Taylor on Thursday when he goes into court in the morning. Prosecutors have apparently claimed that Taylor was the man in charge of the sex scandal, but his attorneys will try to figure out who the victim was.

The site pointed out that Taylor is facing charges on child porn and child exploitation for allegedly filming 12 minors in his home and giving footage to Fogle.

Fogle, who's known as the former spokesman for Subway, apparently wanted Taylor to refer to him as 'daddy.'

"Mr. Fogle would make me call him Daddy, as in, tell Daddy how much you love him, and Daddy will take care of you," a psychiatric assessment of Taylor says. "He kept promising I'd own Subways and be a millionaire."
