Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them won't hit theaters until November, but the first trailer is poised to drop in less than a week. On Dec. 15, Potterheads around the world will be tuning in as Eddie Redmayne's Newt Scamander makes his international debut.

While the clip doesn't give any times, Comicbook.com states reports North American viewers will be able to get their first look from 6-6:15 a.m. ET.

Focused on the author of Harry's schoolbook, the film will open in 1929 New York City. Scamander will have just finished documenting the world's most magical creatures, but his life will go slightly awry when he heads to Manhattan.

"Arriving in New York for a brief stopover, he might have come and gone without incident...were it not for a No-Maj (American for Muggle) named Jacob, a misplaced magical case, and the escape of some of Newt's fantastic beasts, which could spell trouble for both the wizarding and No-Maj worlds," Comicbook.com teased.
