The 31-year-old singer and actress is demanding her soon-to-be-ex-husband Ryan Adams, 41, to pay her spousal support, attorney and accountant fees and also pet bills, according to court documents obtained by E! News.

Reports say that, the two filed for divorce last Jan. 23 after almost six years years of marriage. At the time, they said in a joint statement it was a "respectful, amicable parting of ways."

Accoding to the documents obtained by E! News, Moore wants Adams to pay $36,794 in monthly spousal support, $100,000 in attorney fees and costs and $50,000 to her accountant and also "contribute to the care of and expenses related to the parties' eight pets by assuming responsibility for at least four of them." They have two dogs and six cats.

"Although I love our pets, it is overwhelming for me to take care of all eight of them all the time," the A Walk to Remember actress says in her filing.

Moore also stated in the documents, she works 40 hours a week as an actress and singer and makes more than $31,000 a month, which includes royalty payments from her acting and music work. She also lists more than $335,000 in assets. Moore estimates Adams makes $151,300 a month. He has not commented, E! News wrote.

Though the two inclined musician couple have a led a quiet marriage life, they also opted to have just as quietly gone their separate ways. They tied the knot last March 2009 and do not have any children.
