She might look tough on the outside, but it looks like Abby Lee Miller is having a hard time keeping it all together from within. In fact, fans are worried that the Dance Moms star is on the verge of having a major mental breakdown as she supposedly cried uncontrollably in a new Dance Moms sneak peek.

According to OK! Magazine on Friday, the controversial dance instructor can be seen wiping back tears as she tries to keep under control, even though she is being investigated by the government for fraud. The reality television star allegedly hid her income and assets and failed to pay her taxes several years ago. And while she has a lot on her mind, many of her dance moms are worried that she is not concentrating on their daughters and their dance careers.

To make things worse, many of Miller's critics think that she might end up behind bars just like fellow reality television star Teresa Giudice, who is currently serving a one-year sentence for multiple counts of fraud and tax evasion as well.

The 49-year-old couldn't help but let it all out as she said, "My hair is in rollers, I don't have a bra on and I have huge legal issues going on."

What's more, it looks like her Abby Lee Dance Company studios might be closing down too, as many of the dance moms are looking to go elsewhere if Miller doesn't put in the effort that she needs to as their coach.

One angry mom who is leading the pack is Holly Frazier, who apparently already has one foot out there door.

"If Abby is not prepared, there is a studio that wants us," she said.
