Chris Brown and Rihanna were partying together at a Hollywood night club on Feb. 3 but left following an awkward moment- Brown's ex-girlfriend and business partner, Karrueche Tran, arrived at the same hotspot in the arms of another man.

Brown and Rihanna were enjoying the music together at Greystone Manor in West Hollywood Hills until Tran arrived. Shortly after Rihanna departed and ten minutes later, Brown followed suit.

Brown and Rihanna did not meet up outside of the nightclub. To the surprise of onlookers, Brown cried as he left the nightclub and sat in a car without Rihanna. A source close to Brown revealed that Tran's arrival was unexpected and shocked him; Brown would have never went to the club if he knew she was going to be there.

"That was some random a** s**t, like for real," a source close to Brown told Hollywood Life. "Chris didn't know KT was going to be at the function and if he did, he wouldn't have even gone there. He ain't that f**ked up, and he don't want to put Ri or KT in that situation on purpose. So that's why when he found out KT was inside, he rolled out. That was just random as f**k. but its all good though. Ain't no s**t went down."

Rihanna confirmed in a recent interview that she and Brown are in a relationship again. Rihanna told Rolling Stone magazine in a cover story that their reconciliation "is different now." She said she understands why people do not agree with her decision to get back together with him, but she did so because "it was more important for (her) to be happy."

"I wasn't going to let anybody's opinion get in the way of that," she said in the story published online on Jan. 30. "Even if it's a mistake, it's my mistake."
