'RHONJ' Star Teresa Giudice Wants To Evade House Arrest!

Ahead of The Real Housewives of New Jersey star's release from the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Conn., a source has revealed that if she does not follow court-appointed guidelines, she could be forced to serve more time.

"If they violate their terms, they will be brought back into the halfway house and possibly be brought back into custody," a spokesperson for the U.S. Bureaus of Prison told NJ Advanced Media on Thursday, without mentioning Giudice specifically.

What Major Moment Will Be Left Off 'RHONJ' Season Seven?

As for what Giudice's guidelines will be, that has yet to be officially announced. However, NJ Advanced Media offered a possible scenario.

"Electronic monitoring (via an ankle bracelet, for example) is a possibility, but Giudice could also be tracked or required to check in by telephone or be subject to spot check visits," the site explained. "Any trip outside the home requires pre-approval from authorities, including visits to the doctor, religious services or family visits."

Upon her return to New Jersey, Giudice is expected to return to The Real Housewives of New Jersey for season seven, along with her sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga, and possibly, a couple of new housewives, as well.
