In fact, the actress recently spoke with New York Post about the finale where she mentioned something about the death of Scotty. She couldn't give too many details, but fans will be happy to know that "somebody's going to be found guilty."

Whitney's father, Noah, has been one of the big suspects on the murder, but will he be able to redeem himself?

"I don't know if I call it redemption, but you will empathize more with him at the end of the season," Telles said.

The actress then pointed out that while her character has no problem saying nasty things to her parents, she, herself, would never do something like that.

"Never in 30 million years," she said. "Can you imagine? My parents would never let me. People get confused between me and my character. Somebody yelled at me on the street the other day. It was very interesting and a little annoying."

The Affair Season 2 finale airs on Sunday, December 20 at 10 p.m. ET on Showtime.
