Madonna might be known as one of the strictest mothers in the celebrity world, but it looks like her parental tactics are backfiring. According to Naughty Gossip on Wednesday, the holiday season won't be very merry this year for Madonna and her teenage son. Apparently, Rocco refused to bored a plane from London to New York City to spend Christmas with his mother. The young boy instead wanted to spend the holiday with his father, Madonna's ex-husband Guy Ritchie and his family in England.

Sources say that young Rocco was ordered by a judge to return home to his mother. Guy's attorney Peter Bronstein argued that the teenager would rather be with his father before Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Deborah Kaplan earlier this week. But Kaplan ordered Ritchie to bring the teen to New York, saying he will be represented by a court-appointed attorney.

Eyewitnesses say that a distraught-looking Madonna was spotted wearing a long black shirt and a fur-trimmed cloak and was accompanied by her personal assistants when she was spotted leaving the courtroom. So far the singer has made no public comments about the case.

Rocco was born in August of 2000, only a few short months before Madonna and Guy wed in a star-studded ceremony in Scotland before Christmas over that year. The couple separated and divorced in 2008.
