5 Seconds of Summer In Australia: Is Ashton Irwin Really ‘Not A Very Nice Person’? [PHOTOS, VIDEOS]

Oh no! The Aussies from 5 Seconds of Summer returned to their homeland for Christmas with their families, but it seems like things took a nasty turn for Ashton Irwin.

Will 5 Seconds of Summer Eventually Drop A Christmas Album?

The 5SOS drummer allegedly hit a fan and broke her cellphone while out and about.

An individual named Jayden Seyfarth claimed to see Irwin with his (maybe girlfriend) Bryana Holly at the movie theater.

Things escalated from there with this guy calling the drummer out: "Didn't your mum ever teach you not to hit girls?"

Seyfarth even shared an image of Irwin behind the girl and it looks like they're struggling, but other people are blocking them so it's really hard to tell what happened.

Seyfarth claimed Irwin wrestled with the girl, grabbed her phone and chucked it into the road. This guy also shared a very short video, in which it sounds like the girl is letting out a slight whine of irritation and shock from Irwin's actions.

Seyfarth revealed another image, in which Irwin looks mid-swing next to the girl. Many fans refuse to believe the 5SOS band member would ever harm a fan though.

Another video was also revealed with Irwin spewing a threatening message: "If I see you three again, you're f-ked."

The girl in this mess is apparently named Dalia and tweeted, "He's not a very nice person," after claiming, Irwin "smashed" her phone.

It's unclear exactly what happened, but it seems like Irwin didn't want to be bothered during the holidays, which is understandable. However, getting physical and verbally abusive is not the proper way to handle any situation. Many fans seem to think Dalia and Seyfarth provoked Irwin's behavior if he did indeed commit what he's been accused of.

So much for holiday cheer...
