Just one day before Christmas, the Vanderpump Rules star took to her Instagram page, where she revealed what she was thankful for.

"So much to be thankful for. I, for one, am thankful for selfies, Facetune & the ability to put multiple filters on one photo; making me seem more attractive than I am in real life," she wrote, along with one of her many selfies.

As the majority of her co-stars prepare to celebrate the holidays in Los Angeles, Schroeder and her longtime boyfriend, Patrick Meagher, recently traveled to his hometown in Michigan, where she shared the photo below.

Although Meagher hasn't yet been featured on Vanderpump Rules season four, the reality star and fashion blogger recently hinted that Meagher could join the show for season five, as he becomes more and more comfortable with the idea as time goes on.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Schroeder explained, “If there's a season 5 -- if I'm welcomed back -- there's a possibility.”

She also opened up about their hard times, saying, "We have our ups and downs, and we've broken up and gotten back together. It's not like everything is just perfect, but we're happy, and we're trying."
