Having a good-looking suit is surely a major factor if you want to succeed on your job interview. Christoper and Seth Schaffer were aware of this so they decided to donate elegant suits to the men who need jobs.

In order for the father and son duo to do this, they established Sharp Dressed Man, an organization that is helping the empowerment of unemployed men. Their major aim is to support those who are re-entering the workforce.

John Jones, an ex-prisoner, was one of the fortunate man to receive suits from Sharp Dressed Man. Even if he has no job, when he wears the dress, he feels like he "can go out and conquer the world." Aside from Jones, other men also expressed confidence in facing the world with their new outfits.

Currently, the organization has helped over 400 men and they are still doing their best to help more people.

If you want to make clothing donations, their shop is located at Baltimore, Maryland.
