While it appears like George Clooney can't stop saying wonderful things about his wife Amal Clooney in the press, he might be saying other things behind closed doors. There's a new report that suggests the Hollywood star is ready to throw the towel in his marriage to the International human rights lawyer as he can't take anymore of her control and jealousy issues.

George And Amal Clooney News: Couple To Dine With The Homeless In Scotland?  

According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry on Saturday, things have gotten so bad that the Hollywood hunk is allegedly considering hiring a divorce lawyer to end his marriage to Amal. Sources say that she isn't the woman George thought her to be when they first met and that she's become a "wife from hell."

To make matters worse, Amal has driven a serious wedge between George and his good pal Rande Gerber and his wife Cindy Crawford. George and Rande have been pals and business partners for years and apparently Amal has a hard time being "civil" whenever the couple is around.

The site said, "Clooney and Gerber are incredibly close, like brothers. So when Alamuddin refused to even be civil when her husband's best friend is around, it caused some major issues between the two old buddies."

What's more, Amal wants her parents to move in to the couple's multi-million dollar estate in the English countryside, but George is refusing to let it happen. Insiders say that he has a hard time getting along with Amal's mother, Baria, who he considers both "pushy and high-maintenance."

So far, a rep for the Clooneys has not made any comments about the report.
