It looks like there is a good reason why Rocco Ritchie wants to cut ties with his mother Madonna. Apparently, he is over his pop star mother's antics and her social media addiction, as he has supposedly been left humiliated one too many times over the photos she's posted of him and the rest of their family on her Instagram account.

According to Page Six on Sunday, sources close to the chart topper say that the Material Girl posts way too many embarrassing snaps of her family and now her kids have had enough of it. Just last week 15-year-old Rocco made headlines when he refused to board a plane from London to New York City to spend Christmas with his mother in the Big Apple. Instead, he wanted to stay put in the British capital with his father and Madonna's ex-husband, Guy Ritchie.

The site says that Rocco was particularly upset over two Instagram photos that Madonna shared with the world, which includes one with him wearing pig tails and another one of him doing a back flip with the hashtag #nosausage.

On Friday, Madonna posted a throwback pic of her and Rocco captioning it with, "Merry X-mas to the Sun-shine of my Life!" before Rocco told a friend that he was staying in London before making his Instagram account private from the public.

So far, Madonna herself has not made any public comments about the case although there is a pending court proceeding in the United Kingdom, where the teenager has his own lawyer.
