'Vikings' Season 4: Ragnar & Lagertha Deal With A 'Terrible Thing', Will Thier Relationship Survive?

When we last caught saw the 13th century Norsemen, Ragnar's kingdom was in upheaval. Rollo (Clive Standen) closed out season 3 with an epic betrayal as Ragnar uncovered Floki's (Gustaf Skarsgard) murderous deeds and Aslaug (Alyssa Sutherland) took a hard line stance against Christianity. It is currently unknown "A Good Treason" will feature a time jump, but even if it does, it is safe to assume it will be some time before Ragnar comes across a patch of smooth sailing.

"Season three culminated with the extraordinary battle in Paris, where Ragnar seized victory from the jaws of defeat - but still returns to Kattegat dangerously ill," History teased. "Thoughts of his death galvanize the forces who seek to succeed him as king, including his wife Queen Aslaug and his oldest son, Bjorn (Alexander Ludwig)."
