Beyonce's documentary, Life Is But A Dream, will reveal more than fans can expect - she has included footage of herself posed naked while pregnant with her daughter.

The Halo singer bares her baby bump in the nude in footage that was taken three weeks before she gave birth to Blue Ivy. The image may help dispel rumors by naysayers that spread rumors that Beyonce did not give birth to Blue, but that her daughter was carried by a surrogate.

Beyonce screened Life Is But A Dream at a New York City premiere on Tuesday, Feb.12. Joined by her husband, rap mogul Jay-Z and her sister Solange Knowles, the Houston native spoke to Oprah Winfrey who also attended the event a few hours after she interviewed for the next Oprah's Next Chapter.

Winfrey spoke to the singer before an audience she screened the film. Beyonce told the media mogul that creating the movie was therapeutic for her.

"I really grew so much. This movie has really been my therapy," Beyonce told Winfrey. "I've healed from so many wounds and I've been able to understand why some of the things I've been through, why I went through, so I feel really proud, and hopefully I can inspire other people.

"I felt that after 16 years of being a public singer, people didn't know who I was," she added. "I will always keep certain things to myself because it's only natural."

Beyonce said she hopes the film - with a title that was inspired by a line from her daughter's favorite song, Row, Row, Row Your Boat- will inspire Blue.

The documentary includes footage of Beyonce in the hospital room as she is about to give birth. Her mother, Tina Knowles, sets rollers in her daughter's hair to help keep her calm before the delivery as her husband Jay-Z looks on proudly.

Beyonce also discussed both her miscarriage and ending her business relationship with her father for the first time in the film. She fired her father, Matthew Knowles, who was her manager in 2011. She admitted it was a tough decision because he launched her solo career as well as created the group Destiny's Child when she was just a child.

"I think one of the biggest reasons I decided it was time for me to manage myself because at some point you need your support system and you need your family," she said. "When you're trying to have an everyday conversation with your family you have to talk about scheduling and you have to talk about your album and performing and touring. It's just too stressful and it really affects your relationship....I wanted my dad."

"It was hard. I had to sacrifice my relationship with my dad. It was stressful, sad, difficult time, but I had to let go."

When asked if she developed a personal relationship with her father again, she said "I didn't get my dad back, but I had to let go."
