There's going to be some stress with the aftermath of what Callie and Brandon did on The Fosters.

Chatter On 'The Fosters' Father's Day Episode

On Tuesday, Broadway World released a synopsis of the episode that will air on February 1. After Callie and Brandon slept together in the cabin, that was going to defeat any chance Callie had of getting adopted by Stef and Lena. But luckily, the adoption went through, but this means the cabin incident needs to be kept a secret.

Unfortunately though, the secret might get out when Brandon expresses his disappointment with Callie. This gives the impression that she may have told someone and if the other person won't let this out.

Meanwhile, Stef's mom is going to have an issue with how her daughter is going to handle her diagnosis. Plus, Mariana is running for junior class president where she might butt serious heads with Lexi.

Another storyline fans should watch out for is what's next for Jude and Connor now that they'll be in a long distance relationship. Speaking to Media Mingle TV Network, Hayden Byerly (Jude) said it's going to be a big challenge for the boys.

"[Jude] goes through a lot of issues with that and kind of dealing with the stress of being far away from someone and not knowing what is happening with them, how they are, what's going on, what are they doing," Byerly said.

The Fosters returns on Monday, January 25 at 8 p.m. ET on Freeform.
