Teresa Giudice has only been out of jail for a few short weeks now, but she's already getting in trouble with the police. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star was pulled over by the police on Thursday night because the car she was in was speeding over the limit.

According to Gossip Cop on Saturday, the reality television star allegedly encouraged her Uber drive to rush her home so she can make her 10:00 curfew. Giudice is currently on probation after spending the last year in jail for multiple counts of fraud and apparently could have gotten into big trouble if she wasn't home in time for her curfew.

The mother-of-four was at an event to support her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga's new shoe line, Envy, when she was trying to make it home from Montclair, New Jersey to her mansion in Wayne.

Reports say that even though her Uber drive was pulled over, Giudice took responsibility for the driver's speed and explained why she was rushing. Luckily, the sympathetic police officer let them go so Giudice could make it home before her curfew.

Sources say that Giudice's 15-year-old daughter Gia was in the car with her. The mother and daughter duo attended Gorga's red carpet even together.

So far, Giudice herself has not made any comments about the report. Her husband Joe Giudice is scheduled to begin his 41-month sentence behind bars in March.
