We’re just hours away from the highly anticipated premiere of Toni Braxton’s Lifetime biopic, Unbreak My Heart; and now the Grammy award singer is giving us lots of spoiler alerts of what we can expect from the film.

She stopped by Extra TV and caught up with host Tracey Edmonds. Interestingly enough, Edmonds ex-husband Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds had a huge in making her career the success it is today after he discovered her in the early 90s. He even has a character in the film.
While the movie gets pretty detailed about the ins and outs of Braxton’s life including her bankruptcy and health issues, there is one thing she chose not to go too deep into.

Braxton, who served as a producer of the film, said, “I thought my personal sex life is off limits.”

“Not really. I’m newly divorced. It takes a second to get over that. Now I’m like ‘Okay maybe I should think about dating.”

“I haven’t brought anyone home yet. I think it’s a boy thing with their mom. Like, Mom are you gonna wear that?’”


She has said before that she didn’t have much of a creative say in the film, and her sister Tamar Braxton wasn’t really a fan of the cast, especially the actress who is portraying her (Stitchers actress Tiffany Hines).

Fans saw her reaction of seeing Hines and the other ladies playing the sisters for the first time on The Real last month.
