Meet 'Tribble' The Cat. He Got The Name Because Of The Sound Of His Purr

Meet Tribble. He is a cat from an animal shelter. In his earlier days, he's had a bit of rough time with some owners.

"He was in the first home for three years before his owner died," Tribble's owners said on their friend's website.

"He was returned to the shelter for a few months before being adopted by a family with four small children. They terrorized him for three or so years and he did not like that."

But despite his struggles, Tribble eventually found the perfect home, and now he's making waves on the internet due to his unique purr.
