In this video, Russia showed that they have an organized and amazing method to clear too much snow from roads. Aside from the usual plowing of snow in the road, their procedure involves collecting it through the "Golden Hands" and then disposing it in a facility with the use of a mincing machine. After all of these, the snow will be transformed into water once again.

Other countries that are prone to blizzards should take note of this as well. New York might also need this if they face another snow storm again.
