Amber Portwood has just been sued.

Has 'Teen Mom OG' Amber Portwood Regained Custody Of Her Daughter?

According to a new report, the Teen Mom OG star is facing a lawsuit after she allegedly failed to pay a medical bill.

"The Indiana native owes $1,463.57, plus interest and court fees, stemming from a visit to St. Vincent Fishers Hospital in the nearby town of Fishers," Radar Online reported on Friday, citing documents from the Hamilton Superior Court. Then, "on December 29, collections agency Med 1 Solutions filed papers against the young mom on behalf of the medical facility."

Is 'Teen Mom OG' Amber Portwood's Fiance Hiding MAJOR Secrets? It Appears So...

The case against Portwood was heard in court on Jan. 20, at which point it was determined that Portwood had been served the documents at her former home instead of the house she is now living in. So, although the bill has been marked as unpaid, the issue seems to be more of a misunderstanding than anything, as Portwood never actually received the bill.

Now, as the report revealed, "the collection agency’s attorney plans to file an Alias Summons to her new address."

On the currently airing season of Teen Mom OG, Portwood is in the midst of a custody battle with her former fiance, Gary Shirley, over their 6-year-old daughter, Leah. And while the one-time couple may have settled their dispute by now, they have not revealed details of any new agreement on the show quite yet.
