Styled with a glossy complexion, a veil and raven hair, Best Actress Oscar-winner Jennifer Lawrence strutted her stuff on a different kind of stage - the fashion one - as she’s now the newest star in a campaign for Miss Dior.

Behind-the-scenes images posted by Daily Mail show the actress looking pretty close to flawless. The Silver Linings Playbook star had no qualms about revealing that the pictures were indeed airbrushed, after seeing the results of her shoot for the first time.

“Oh my god. I haven’t seen this. That doesn’t look like me at all. I love Photoshop more than anything in the world," Lawrence told Access Hollywood. "Of course it’s Photoshop, people don’t look like that,”

The 22-year-old beauty posed in front of a dove grey psych, as she held onto a quilted handbag with her eyes looking off the camera.

In the behind-the-scenes images photographer Willy Vanderperre is seen tilting Lawrence’s head and giving her pointers. The finished images were released just days before she was presented with her first Oscar.

In one picture Lawrence is seen glancing over her shoulder with black veil over her face and a large bow around her neck. Another photo reveals Lawrence extending her neck to show off a bejeweled necklace.

It was announced in October of 2012 that Lawrence took over for Mila Kunis as the face of the handbag line. Not always the public image of perfection, Lawrence found herself in the midst of controversy after flipping the bird to journalists while wearing a Dior Haute Couture gown in the pressroom backstage at the Academy Awards.

Prior to the incident, Lawrence addressed the media with a sense of humor when she acknowledged her unplanned fall on her way to receive her award.

“Thank you so much. This is nuts. You guys are only standing up because I fell and you feel bad," she said, "That was so embarrassing.”
